Mr Sandip Deore is a Founder & Managing Director of `Progress Engineers’ which is founded in Year 2017.

He has come from an impoverished family but is passionate about continuous progress in whatever he does. He worked as a Design Engineer in one of the automation company for 19 consecutive years. He has contributed in various roles right from enquiry level to techno-commercial concept preparation, design approval, detail drawing preparation, production and assembly guidance, In-house trial support, on-site support up to final commissioning of the equipment and proving of the process.

Sandip Deore is a soft spoken man of few words, keen learner and passionate about developing new machinery with innovative ideas. His good managerial skills, passion about work, technical expertise and ethical business strategies are leading the company steadily towards a fast growing position in automation industry in a very short time span.
